Take both licenses. They should never drive again. I think this should be common practice for car crashes. I have never been in one in my 25 years of driving. Revoke em. Make it that serious.

All crashes are preventable. Period. Semi drivers these days are terrifying. Keep seeing so many in the left most GP lane, speeding, lane-splitting without being oversize and more. There needs to be more WSP emphasis patrols on truckers.
