People don’t consider our costs of rent/lease, insurances, staff, transportation, reconditioning, gas, etc. I can keep the list going. Running a legal dealership isn’t even relatively close to being the same as flipping cars privately.

literally if you want top dollar for your car sell it privately. The only reason to sell to a dealer is convenience; you trade off a higher payout to avoid the hassle of finding a buyer yourself. it's not a scam

You don't do this but heres an answer......No but yes at the same time....what's happened to Toyotas has been done purposely by Toyota. The fact that a 2024 with 60,000km being sold for MSRP of a new one..... markups on cars as well...i would say you actually do a great job of being fair
