Told my supervisor i respect ppl not positions and i do not respect her bcuz she nuh respectable! She write mi up to HR and mi go inna di meeting with a step by step powerpoint to why i said what i said 😂 and they dismissed the case. I AM A HORRIBLE BOSS’ WORST NIGHTMARE! Can stay deh mek ppl stress unno out.

I had an awesome manager & I made it my duty to go hard just so his stats will be great n my entire team did too. He got awarded for his performance. When he got reassigned to training the whole team got messed up because the new manager was a tyrant.

Who but God! If you only knew…I was working at a place where colleagues were eating lunch in their car, had several amount of Bible verses at their desk, got to work at 6:30 but didn’t go into the building until 8:40 because they were praying ANDDDD I was naive to think that the workplace couldn’t be that bad UNTIL the syndicate took set on me, Sheron from HR….yowwwwwww! The ENABLER! I’m so grateful to God that he gave me an exit. They even blocked me from job opportunities by telling prospective employers lies about me. Any lawyer wants to take this on pro bono, cause I still have some fight left in me.
