:I hope the law will be interpreted logically by also looking into the circumstances why these senators are absent and why they are timely accused during the period of the impeachment....as the interpretation becomes the basis for future dealing. By binding the law will make the powerful become powerful while the weak otherwise.

Tama yan. kung wala sa hearing ang judge at hindi narinig nag mga testigo o ebidensya bawal bumoto! dahil hindi nila natimbang nag hustisya o napag aralan. kahit bata naiintindihan ito! bawal bumoto ang absent! kung ikaw nakasuhan ka wala judgje mo sa hearing Pero may desisyon sayo ano Yun hula hula? ...main point of this argument is that an impeachment trial is not a regular legislative session where senators can just show up late & vote on a bill. It is a court of law, and the senators are judges. ⚖️

sangayon ako sa 3 retired justices. kasi paano kung kitang -kita n ang ginawang katiwalian ng isang akusasado tpos ang pwede n lng mkaboto e 14 , asan ang "fairness at justice for the people" kung hindi pa nacmula ang botohan acquitted n agad ang akusado khit mpatunayan p ng mga testigo at ebidensya ang katiwalian nia? kaya tama lng n "flexible" ung 2/3 .

so meaning ung mga nakakulong at nakaabroad d puedeng bumoto? what about ung mga pdl natin? at mga ofw's na wala sa piljpinas, d ba nakakaboto sila pag election? so why do exemption in impeachment? nakaupo kayong lahat dahil ibinoto kayo ng mga pilipino, nasa kulungan man or nasa ibang bansa..same ng vp na ibinoto ng malaking population ng pilipinas in and outside the country.
