Bery strange to see floors with up from concrete. In europe just filling gravel + heating insularion then heating pipes and then on top some like 6cm concretr. And it realy good floor. Then you can do what you want. Parkete or other stuff. Japans keeping like space and insulation from inside of foundation. In eu insulation only for foundation made by only outside and 70cm deep in ground

No plates on walls throws me the ply wood must be like twice as good as CDX that we use cuz the spacing looks big also like 3 feet I wonder if someone could answer that knows
