Ronnie, ask to get a referral for an MRI. X-rays only show so much. You might have a herniated disc and that typically goes hand in hand with sciatic pain. I have yearsss of experience with this. My heart does out to you. I know your pain all too well [Red heart]

you have to do it every night. a physical therapist told me that and other exercises. Just go to an orthopedit doctor. yep amn xray wont show it.

I’m dealing with the same area of pain. My diagnoses was acute sciatica combined with a t12 mild spinal compression fracture. Get well soon friend ❤️

I tried everything, for yrs.. including 12 shots in my back I went to a specialist and he gave me prednisone.. haven’t had a shot in 7 yrs.. stayed on it for a couple of months and got a temperpedic mattress.. I’m great after 12 yrs of pain
