She is not getting the time, attention, and interaction that she needs and deserves, and in return, she has begun acting out through destructive behaviors such as tearing up flooring and furniture. Noel (Ellie) is still just an 11-month-old puppy with SO much potential. She is social, good with kids, dogs, and cats, has completed beginner and intermediate training, and loves being active and spending time with her people. She needs someone who can give her the time, structure, consistency, exercise, training, and attention that a young Shepherd mix needs.
