How many times did they tell her to get out, the car was already hooked up and now belongs to the tow company. Plain English and direct. Miranda rights need to be read only if they’re going to question her and the answers could help the prosecution in court. They will Miranda her after she’s booked, photographed, etc. 🤦🏻♀️
