Can you explain a little more how it works with finding a freelancer, how you handle being the “middle man” between the person offering the work looking for experience and how you present the work to the freelancer? How much does the freelancer get paid? Can you show us a step by step breakdown of ONE job/freelancer you’ve recently done and how how the pay structure works. Please? I’m so interested but even following your step by step has me a bit lost on how to manage the road blocks?

I would like to know how you start? As how do you get. Creators to join before you appt for the job? Wouldn’t it help to already have them ready to work? Also LLC or does client pay both directly? I don’t want to deal with 1099’s or taxes.

Your profile needs to have previous high rating similar work experience to get hired, you will be interviewed and need to prove your experience, those jobs are getting hundreds of proposals and your proposal will not even get read unless you spend credits to be in top 5 proposals, this video is probably an Upwork advert to get you to spend credits on their platform. Unless you are good at meta marketing and want to do this job long term this would make you waste time and money.
