How ancestors traditionally used specific local plants and spiritual oils to clear relationship bitterness and invite peaceful reconciliation. In Ghanaian traditional history, when a couple faced a sudden breakdown or a hard emotional block, elders focused on clearing the heavy energy of anger. Healers would gather fresh Nyanya leaves (Bitter Melon) and crush them manually into clean water. To sweeten the energy and invite peace back into the home, they would add a few drops of Onalia or Six Flowers perfume into the water. The individual would use this mixture to wash their face and hands at dawn, focusing their mind on dissolving hidden friction, cooling down a partner's resentment, and restoring a clean slate. Our ancestors believed that by removing bitterness and adding these traditional sweet scents, natural affection and clear communication could safely flow back into the relationship. #ghanatiktok🇬🇭 #learnontiktok #herballife #spiritualawakening #africanspirituality
