@sleepy.fox.farms: Wrapped this below my kneecap before a full day on the job. Made it through without complaints. Nova Move adjustable patellar knee strap — sits right below the kneecap for targeted placement adjustable velcro closure for custom compression breathable material that doesn't trap heat and doesn't restrict range of motion through a full squat. New plumbing and HVAC job means kneeling climbing and squatting all day and the gym after work adds more of the same. Small enough to forget you're wearing it and does exactly what it's supposed to. Follow Sleepy Fox Farms for recovery and tradesperson finds every week and send this to every active person whose knees are working overtime.
