If you are from a broken home or have toxic parents, you need to pause and check yourself to ensure you are not becoming like them. You need to realize that what they did to you is not normal. You have to be very intentional about your life and constantly self-reflect, because most times we grow up to become the angry parent we had. It takes a lot of work to not become like your parents and to break every negative pattern.

I grow up in a home where I was scared to call my family cause when I do, they see it as “she’s gossiping us to her family”I become scared to call or even pay visit to my mom and siblings..now as an adult I don’t know how to call or check on people even family😔you checking on me feels like a burden to me😂💔. Parents train your children yourself but I love my uncle wife so mum thou.
