From preparing the design and cutting the personalisation to carefully adding their name and seeing the finished stocking come together — here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at how I make my personalised velvet Christmas stockings. Made from beautifully soft velvet and personalised with their very own name, they’re perfect for hanging up ready for Father Christmas to fill with little surprises. And once Christmas is over, it can be packed away and brought back out year after year, becoming part of those little family traditions that make Christmas so special. This is a Freezbone/Freezball-style frozen enrichment toy, and the idea is ridiculously simple: Grab some dog-safe ingredients, fill the toy, freeze it, and hand it over.
