My coworker did this. I didn't know she was working and called me from her personal cell rather than the store phone, telling me I needed to come into work for a extra training shift, on my day off. I was young and didn't know any better so I went in but I was pissssed. She specifically called from her personal cause she knew I wouldn't pick up the store phone.
