And what happens when you’re doing everything you can to be a strong leader, but the people you’re trying to lead still don’t understand what needs to get done or can’t get it done in a reasonable amount of time? At some point, you’re no longer leading, you’re constantly babysitting and following up just to make sure the job gets done.

I gave them the information and knowledge they needed and left them to do their best while I did what I needed to do so all it ever came to was asking me simple questions or asking for a little demonstration and were able to do what they needed!
