The wording is meant to make you think you’re getting more than you would. The keywords are “up to”. That means actual amount could be anywhere from $0-$3000. “Free product samples” usually have an inflated value, and on top of that they’re not actually promising a cash amount. So basically I think they’d send you a couple junky items and expect you to make a bunch of content in exchange. Not worth it for the trash you would get.
