@theaveragehousewife_: The cutest little ghost & pumpkin potatoes for spooky season 🎃👻 Ingredients: Yukon Gold potatoes Sweet potatoes Olive oil Salt Black pepper Garlic powder Italian seasoning Mini pumpkin & ghost cookie cutters Directions: Slice the potatoes into thick, even rounds. Use mini cookie cutters to cut the Yukon Gold potatoes into ghosts and the sweet potatoes into pumpkins. The sweet potatoes are much harder to cut through, so place the cookie cutter on top and gently tap it through using a kitchen mallet. This makes it so much easier! 🎃 Place the cut potatoes in an ice bath for a few minutes, then drain and pat completely dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning until well coated. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
