Then I just say "OK, well then when do YOU want to come in?" I stop giving them dates and times after the 7th "No, that won't work...." so then I can say "No, we don't have an opening for that time" back at them 10 times, so they can see how annoying it is 😂. Annoying meets petty lol

I hate when they do that. I had a mom said I need an afternoon and the procedure didn’t have an afternoon schedule and plus an office visit. I had to push it out to November. She didn’t like that.

This is so accurate deal with it every day. I don’t care about the pizza. I don’t care about Pilates. I don’t care about picking up kids. That’s all your stuff you gotta do. I just need to schedule you a simple appointment that’s all.!!!!!
