Does spinal stenosis only affect the legs? My pain is also in my back… just walking to the mailbox makes my back feel like somebody poured cement into it, and it aches incredibly bad

And people that don't have it .Will never understand it !!!! I have 4 bulging discs 4 herniated discs degenerative disc disease spinal stenosis and a sciatica pinched nerve that goes down my left leg ...I had back surgery in 2001 on my right side ..it helped for a few years and now its on my left side ..Can't hardly walk can't even stand and wash dishes have to sit or take breaks to do anything...im 54 years old

When I have to cook or stand it helps me I have a back support I put on my lower back. It definitely helps me. My legs & feet I do basic exercise every morning. Sitting in a chair I rise my legs up & down & move my feet. It's works for me.

The weather affects mine. Before it rains the pain is intense until the storm leaves. It must have something to do with the low pressure systems causing rain.😅
