@janeintheworld: Creamy chicken cheesy pasta 🧀 🍗 🍝 This might be the creamiest pasta you made this week. Smooth & silky cheesy sauce- juice of a fresh lemon… a smoky, earthy, and slightly sweet bit of heat from the chipotle- all packed with flavour 🤌🏼 All made in 20 minutes (season chicken the night before or at least a few hours so it can marinate 😊) No exact measurements because I measure with love 🥰 😅🤭 Pasta: use any pasta you want- I used fusilli On the chicken I used: (I use chicken thighs as I find them the most flavourful) •Avocado oil •Jerk seasoning •Maggi •All purpose seasoning •Aromat (chilli one) • Fresh Red onion •Garlic granules •Ginger paste •Chipotle paste •Tomato purée •Fresh Parsley •Fresh chives •Fresh coriander •Fire roast onion purée •I also added baby plum tomatoes, red, yellow and orange pepper sliced For the creamy sauce I used: •The same seasoning listed above (all measured with love ❤️) •Fresh herbs: chives, parsley and coriander •Juice of 1 whole lemon •Double cream (I used one small 150ml pot as it was just for me and did 2 meals) •2 ladles of pasta water too loosen the sauce a little •Extra mature cheddar cheese (to your own taste) •Parsley and grated cheese to garnish -Overall, with the pre-marinated chicken this meal takes around 20 minutes.
