Sheriff Grady Judd says the allegation came out after Christina Clemens, 46, accused her son, Shane Clemens, of battering her. Shane then told deputies the two had been having sex since he was 18. When Polk County investigators questioned Christina, Judd says she acknowledged the relationship and told deputies they had sex “only about 100 times.” Both mother and son were charged with incest.
