Tbh a 1 to 1 game adaptation would have sucked. i liked that he did a new story in the same universe. looking forward to watching it soon

WOW! Who would've thought that initial/early reviews mean jack-shit until people actually start going to see the movie for themselves and able to form an opinion of their own. Same thing happend with Wolverine, next is this Movie. Im excited to see this

calling it an adaptation is what makes the babies cry, its not an adaptation to a video game, best to say "A Resident Evil Story"

Rotten Tomatoes lost credability after rating The Odyssey insanely high. Went full blown IGN. Go watch movies and build your own interpretation.

i'm a Resident Evil fan and I understand why Zach cregger made this, not everything have to be exactly like in the videogame. some people are saying why there's no leon, if there is leon the Movie will end within 20 mins. so overall I give it a 7/10 the environment are there, acting is good natural reaction and just the ending not as I expected

As someone who’s never played a resident evil game in their life yet watched this movie it entirely deserves this rating it was engaging, funny and high quality I loved it

It’s probably like the 2006 Silent Hill movie, where it’s a really good movie but bad adaptation, and that’s fine tbh.
