People forget that Spare and this book in the lens of history are considered a Primary Source. Unlike news papers articles like the Daily Mail/Sun etc. which would be secondary sources. 100 years from now will historians take stories from “palace sources” as fact or will historians take Harry and Charles Spencer’s accounts more seriously. When you are living through it. It’s easier to believe what the media feeds you.

You know, I have no doubt King Charles in anger said to Charles Spencer, that Diana would soon be forgotten. I also have no doubt that Charles has forgotten he said it. When he gets “incandescent with rage” I’m sure he has no idea what he’s saying.
