Survey asap. Spend the money. It’s worth it. We paid like 1000 for ours (5 acres). Worth every penny. Our neighbor had taken over part of our land with his stuff. We built so our land had been vacant. Neighbor wasn’t happy with us fencing it all in, but he got over it. Can’t argue with a survey—so that’s why I say get one.
