@encompassfarming: Our diet consists primarily of: Read meat raised by us Eggs raised by us Raw milk raised by us and a farm close to us Rice Organic fruits, squash, potatoes, dates, etc Plenty of mineralized water (our own well water with celtic sea salt added) Coconut or Banana water Garlic, onions, cayenne pepper, and other un-tasty to parasite things Magnesium supplements Various herbal teas Beet & Apple Juice Raw beef liver twice a week raised by us Oysters once or twice a week Sea kelp once per week Just started Spirulina at times We regularly move our bodies (sweat) This is not all-inclusive, just a general glimpse into how we stay healthy.
