This is actually great advice Deric! I have a young adult, same boat. I stole this piece of advice from my husband; “when you sit down to eat pizza do you eat the entire pie at once? No. You eat it sliced by slice. Life is just a giant pizza. Don’t worry about the next slice, don’t worry about how many you can eat, or how quickly. Just eat it one slice at a time until you’re full. When you’re hungry again later grab another slice! Eventually, whether you eat it yourself, or share with friends, the pizza will get eaten!” so now when things get overwhelming we just say “one slice at a time!!” (it helps me in my life to believe it or not lol)
