I currently have Public Policy Implementation as a module. I can attest to everything you’re saying. It is vastly recognised that our country has good legislature. Other countries know that our country has amazing laws on paper yet we fail terribly at implementation/enforcement. That is why it is so important to vote. The fish rots from its head.
