I always use goldenrod with willow bark when my back is hurting. The anti-inflammatory/analgesic combo is definitely S tier. 🌿

Ummm....I'm not sure which part of Kentucky you are in, but in my part, it's 95 degrees, humid, and awful. We also need rain. I hate this weather. It is supposed to be crisp and cool.

I buried my brother a week ago and I think this would have been a great activity for the family after his home going. next time when I come down perhaps around this time I'll keep this in mind as a family activity to do.
