Beauty starts with how we nourish ourselves from the inside out. 💜 Ingredients * 🌿 Soursop leaves — traditionally used as an herbal tea; evidence for specific beauty benefits in humans is limited. * 🧄 1 garlic clove — contains sulfur compounds and antioxidant compounds. * 🟠 Fresh turmeric root — provides curcumin-related compounds with antioxidant/anti-inflammatory activity. * 🤎 Ceylon cinnamon — contains antioxidant polyphenols. * ⭐ Anise — adds a naturally sweet, licorice-like flavor. * 🌺 Hibiscus — rich in anthocyanins and other polyphenols. One important caution: I would not drink soursop-leaf tea heavily or continuously. Human safety data for long-term use are limited, and concentrated soursop preparations may have neurological and other concerns. Also, garlic, turmeric and cinnamon can interact with certain medications, particularly blood thinners. Simple preparation 1. Add 2 cups of water to a pot. 2.
