I got more racism from Indian women than from white people. Indian men over 30 were absolutely fine. But young Indian men were awful, disrespectful. I was a very senior grade and the women and young men struggled to accept instructions from me, and tried to stitch me up to my white manager, but my manager was a personal friend so it never worked

Working with Indians and other Asians as a black is a trauma on its own. I experience abuse and disrespect everyday, have reported several times but nothing is being done about it. The day I stood up and retaliated, I got suspended for 2 weeks. There are only 2 blacks in the workplace. One a Caribbean who is their friend.

are you still work for Harrow Council where I was subjected to allegations that I was a drug dealer that means selling of drugs and drug take a while driving for Harrow Council and I lost my job after 20 years of working for them I was diagnosed with diabetes and had three holes in my stomach and spend 8 days in Hospital in my case an Indian by the name of Muhammad accused me of misappropriation of Council funds

Yes!! They work together as a team to gang up on Black women. I could never see an Indian as an ally in that dynamic. Their relationship is symbiotic (the Whites provide protection and privilege, while the Indians are often willing to get their hands dirty). I’m not sure if you’re familiar with the history of how European colonial powers and Indians sometimes worked together in the oppression and exploitation of Africans. And believe it or not, there are also historical and ancestral connections between some European and Indian populations.
