The Jennings County Sheriff’s Office arrested him on March 30, 2026; reporting says he faces charges including possession of child sexual abuse material and bestiality. I think if you knowingly watch the sexual abuse of a child on video, you should be charged with the sexual abuse of a child. You may not be the person physically touching that child, but a real child had to be sexually abused for that video to exist, and you are choosing to consume that abuse for your own sexual gratification. I don’t understand why putting a screen between you and the victim should make us look at the crime completely differently. You’re not just “possessing material”—you’re knowingly watching the sexual abuse of a child. I think the punishment should reflect that.
