I have been in the mortgage business for 24 years and this does affect the rates. I have not seen rates this high in many many years. Something has to be done. People can’t afford to buy a home with rates at almost 8%.

Gas prices, food prices, utility prices, the weather forecast are unreliable, car repairs are more expensive, health care is more expensive, car insurance and home insurance increases.

Switched to a cheaper health insurance plan and it has a high deductible and overall sucks. I hope I have no emergencies. Seriously considering about not having health insurance next year.

Definitely been feeling it the past couple months. Groceries are expensive, not going out very much & travel has been very minimal. Unfortunately with gas/diesel prices getting higher, I’m sure winter isn’t gonna be any better. God help us all!
