I love this theory but I also think it’s her seeing vi completely differently and angry and we know that she would have been a bit rough w baby powder when she was young so maybe jinx is seeing that side of vi again

I think shes looking at Vi, not the pieces around her I think she's more shocked that Vi is really fighting and not trying to avoid the fight like they pass fighting. Or because Vi always said Jinxs weapons were her special thing and Vi breaking is stating how Jinx is not special to Vi anymore. And how the gun is named Pow Pow is breaking all the things Vi admired at Powder, but Jinx was using.

yeah because Vi values Jinx's ingenuity before she can herself. "you've got those and I've got these" but she uses These, that ARE Those, to destroy Those! Vi is using the power she once valued in other people to rip them down once she has been GIVEN the power to do so. she doesn't earn it through anything but time suffering. it really steps into the relm of betrayal with her being an enforcer aswell
