@cbsla: We're hearing from a person who said she saw the moment when an SUV apparently plowed into a Los Angeles Metro Transit bus, killing at least two people late Tuesday afternoon in Chatsworth. Gay Ryan said the SUV driver ran a red light at "freeway speed" and hit the bus, which she said was traveling through the intersection on a green light. The LAPD says the SUV driver, identified as 36-year-old Bailee Lynn Rios, was arrested on suspicion of murder

She will probably get probation. Until we start charging and convicting tthese reckless drivers without giving them a plea deal nothing will change. People lost their lives and are injured because of her carelessness.
