@ventidecafmocha: 1 cup macerated fruit 3/4 cup water 1 TBSP honey 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp salt 3 cups flour (more if dough feels too sticky) 2 TBSP yeast Add to bread machine in recommended order. Once dough is finished shape into bagels and let rest for 20 mins while boiling water. Add a couple TBSP honey, barley malt or maple syrup to water. Boil bagels 1 min each side. I do the papers then put the wet bagels back on the papers immediately after boiling. I feel like it helps steam for chewy crust. Not that you need any pointers, these are GORG!
