I get it even with a heat pad on low and a short time. my skin is sensitive. it gets itchy after too but it goes away(itching and the pattern)

I used to do this. Had an ovarian cyst burst and had to call and ambulance....they side eyed my husband so hard when they saw my back

I sleep with a heating blanket and use it like a heating pad 😁 still gets really hot and so far have not had that show up and been using probably almost a year now
