This is what scares them. When you request it in writing. And when they don’t, you always say in the email “Per our conversation, you said you would work on reinstatement. Just wanted to follow up and see where we are in the process. You told me last week you would call me and I haven’t received anything” so they can’t deny they DIDNT say that 😂

I put a complaint in about my manager, and they had the audacity to reschedule my appointment with them for the resolution twice and then instead had that same manager come to me and say that the situation was closed and nothing would be done.
