The fact that RE fans are hypocrites for dissing the movie because literally every resident evil game shows new characters and new stories first it was the STARS, then Leon and Claire and Ada, and then Ethan, the movie is literally like how the sequels of RE games are made, new people new stories

To be honest i feel if the RE movie was on point with lore and followed leon it would have been bad, i love leon dont get me wrong but he should stay in the games, i like seeing the effect on other people tbh

Ok when the fans say this is not a resident evil movie cause the film didn’t use any of the lore for the films doesn’t mean the fans are hating the movie everyone said it gonna be a good movie aka a good horror movie but not a good resident evil’s film compared to the anime that cannon to the games
