@chriscerney: Del Rey Oaks police are asking for help identifying the man in this photo after an elderly Monterey Peninsula woman lost $3,800 in an alleged ATM card swap. Police say it happened September 11 outside the Wells Fargo ATM at 447 Canyon Del Rey Boulevard. According to the department, the man approached the woman offering to help, then switched her debit card with a card belonging to another victim. Police say her card was later used at several ATMs and stores in the area. #DelReyOaks #MontereyCounty #CentralCoast #LocalNews
