Apple shape here and I’ve been the wrong kind of fat my whole life. I was trying to explain this to a friend, how if your weight is carried in your hips, thighs or butt, you’re considered attractive, but if it’s in your belly, it’s not.

I lost weight and had a tummy tuck. Even if you “cut your stomach off”, you still won’t have the societal standard preferred body type. A tummy tuck didn’t suddenly make me a hourglass or pear, I’m still shaped like sponge bob. I had to learn to accept that. 🫤

Having no hips or butt ruins every outfit I have and it’s so embarrassing because I have big thighs so I know when I walk past men they be tryna see the back and be disappointed 😅 makes my anxiety go up everytime. My shape also makes my back look wider so longer hair styles it is smh
