on my option I think it's fine to let your partner go through your phone if you have nothing to hide since your partner may be overthinking or just have a feeling you are, it doesn't mean just because you have nothing to hide doesn't mean you can't let them go through your phone, why not just hand it over to ease their mind? cuz for me whenever my bf wants to go through my phone I let him because his biggest fear I'd being used and I would like my man to feel safe around me and he checks my phone bc he's scared of losing me not because he doesn't trust me, get it?
