Hi I am a girl best friend whose friends have cut me out of their life to make their girlfriends more comfortable…. It doesn’t bother me one bit. I want my guy friends to be happy in their relationship and if it means I have to go. That’s okay. I don’t know what type of relationships these girls have had prior and seeing me close with them can be triggering. I’ll still root them on from afar. Because that’s what friends do. ppl are getting mad but going to church with someone feels like an almost intimidate thing, to share a religion and be open about talking about it can be difficult, and they're obviously close enough to do so. there's absolutely nothing wrong with worshipping God with your friends, but this just feels like using church as an excuse to cheat 😰

I was the girl best friend. YES he was my best friend because I saw him as a brother, his gf at the time was uncomfortable so I stood farther back but we were still friends. He wanted to be fwb as soon as they broke up. I was so heartbroken… he was my best friend and someone I looked up to SO MUCH. If shes doing that they were definitely something. Don’t waste your time, let go.

As a Christian myself, it’s weird for him to be Bible studying and going to church with just her. I would feel the exact same if my boyfriend was doing that too. Spending time together with the Lord is an emotionally intimate and time giving thing, and he should be doing that with you not her.

Never once seen my married mom hang out with a guy without my step dad there, same goes for all my family members, if you are in a relationship you don’t need friends of the opposite gender to satisfy you. You can have fun with the same gender friends just as much.

Girl bsf here!! I would do anything just to see my guy bsf happy and also their girl!! If it means to lose contact that’s totally fine, ofc it hurts for a moment but if you realize that the girl and your bsf is happier it’s the most amazing thing in the world. All the love to my girls!!
