I'm honestly really surprised you do not use any closed trailer for your shopping runs. You could easily put an inexpensive generator on the tongue to run two deep freezers in the trailer and then still have plenty of room that is secure and dry for all of your other goods

If you don’t get a moose try stretching your meat with other plant proteins. I really like textured vegetable protein in place of ground meat and you can get it freeze dried and that’ll probs come out cheaper than flying in meat per pound
