You can be totally meant to be there and be a complete outsider at the same time. These two things can coexist. I live in Thailand and I’m from California and I’ve lived here long enough to know. I will never feel like I belong here. I will never be accepted like I am in the states. But in my heart, I know I belong here and I give myself what I need or whatever is missing from that sense of belonging that I left behind so that’s what I think this is asking you for. An awareness that now you’re in a new place where you may never feel the same sense of belonging. How can you give yourself that sense of belonging?

it's tough sometimes, first time I've ever had to go through it. finally found a Polish gentlemen to hang with who speaks English. and on the same frequency. time, for me it has been such a test of learning to be still. ❤️flowing with the spirit
