Do not go to golden steer. It’s so overrated now and not the same as it was before Covid. Craft steak at MGM, Pieros, the steakhouse at circus circus ( I know I know but it’s literally worth it) Takumi Sushi off the strip ( previous strip chef started his own place and it’s to die for)

Herbs and Rye about 10 mins off the strip, most unique menu I’ve probably ever seen. Food is 8/10, cocktails 10/10 with great service

We just got back from Vegas and we are foodies: here’s where we ate with ratings: Lago in Bellagio 8/10, STK in Cosmo 9/10, Carama in Mandalay 4/10, The Original Capos off strip 8/10, Oscars in the Plaza 7/10, Oceans Prime on strip 8/10, Bavettes in Park MGM 9/10, The Library in Park MGM 7/10. Non restaurant ratings: Moorea Beach Club 10/10, Stadium Swim 10/10. Got plenty more for you as we go multiple times a year

Oscar’s down on Fremont! Their executive chef is hands-down one of the best in the city! I’ve lived here 20 some years and so it really would depend on what you’re looking for but there’s so many great places off the Strip also. Strip Steak is another one, bizarre meats and the list just continues. 🥰

Lotus of Siam (Sahara location), Al Solito Posto for the best Italian, Capo for a fun old school Italian speakeasy, The Golden Steer and ask to sit at the rat pack table, Kabuto for the best omakase, Barry’s for a sexy steakhouse vibe, Hobak for Korean Bbq, and The Golden Tiki for the best tiki bar. Whatever you do, try to stay off the strip for the best food experience
