That if everyone thought like them, believed the same things and backed the same ideas, the community would be stronger. The reality is almost the opposite. The most robust ecosystems are biodiverse. They bring different ideas, perspectives, strengths and weaknesses to the table. Biodiversity creates resilience because when conditions change, the entire ecosystem isn’t vulnerable to the same thing. Bubble psychology does the opposite. It creates a monoculture. Everyone owns the same thing. Everyone repeats the same ideas. Everyone dismisses the same criticism. Eventually, nobody is stress-testing the thinking anymore. And monocultures are fragile. You want biodiversity in any ecosystem because disagreement forces ideas to compete. Weak thinking gets challenged. Blind spots get exposed. Better ideas survive. So listen to everything. Welcome opposing views. Don’t get caught up in the fandom of it all. You’re not there to cheer for your team. You’re here to make money and “be a fucking mercenary with your own money”.
It's investing not cheerleading. But when you are new, you easily become a bit blind to fundamentals😅. Well, everyone has to be burned at least once in order to learn.
