I seen someone else say 321 plan. Pick 3 must do rides/character meets, 2 shows/entertainment & 1 dining option per day that u definitely wanna do. Anything else u can do is a bonus. Seems like a good first timer plan to me.

If going to Magic Kingdom - Make sure to catch the starlight parade at night then fireworks after. The fireworks are more than just fireworks. There’s a whole show projected on the front of the castle so try to get a good spot to see it. Also liberty tree tavern has really good food. It’s like Thanksgiving in there! Make reservations! Also the cheeseburger spring rolls are so good! They are sold the cart right before you enter Adventureland when coming from main st 😉 I saw that you have a son and I’m sure typically he wouldn’t be in a stroller… trust me rent the stroller even if just for fireworks and towards the end of the night when he is exhausted.

If you don't have a list of all the things you want to accomplish, this is actually the best way to do it. There's so much magic everywhere that we miss when we're ticking items off the agenda. If you know there's things you want to get done, though, make sure you do those first, because sometimes things take a LOT of time there.
