@vars_ca: V.A.R.S. is on the way to San Francisco to help a cat who has been in a tree for at least 1 to 2 days. The cat was reported by a San Francisco resident, who then worked with the property owner to coordinate access so our team could respond. The cat appears to have an orange coat, and there is concern that they may have an injury or issue affecting their right eye. We don’t know what caused them to go into the tree, although the resident suspects they may have been frightened up there by a coyote or another animal. Our volunteers are making the approximately 2 and a half hour drive to San Francisco and are expected to arrive a little after 6 P.M. to begin the retrieval. Since the owner is currently unknown, Give Me Shelter Cat Rescue has also coordinated for a volunteer to be on site to assist with microchip scanning and the next steps after retrieval. If we cannot identify an owner, they will assist with rehoming. As always, V.A.R.S. will also canvas the surrounding neighborhood and speak with residents in an effort to locate the cat’s family. For now, our priority is getting this handsome orange cat safely out of the tree and determining what they need next. This rescue, like every V.A.R.S. rescue, is made possible by donations from people who believe that animals stranded in difficult or dangerous places deserve help. Your support helps us put fuel in the truck, maintain our rescue equipment, and continue responding to calls like this one. Short comments under videos generally don't contribute to its promotion. They often don't contain enough information or engagement to attract the attention of platform algorithms. Social media and video hosting algorithms consider not only the quantity of comments but also their quality. Long, informative comments that spark discussion or offer interesting insights are likely to be ranked higher. Short comments can be perceived as spam or meaningless, which reduces their value. To truly help your video reach a wider audience, it's important to leave meaningful and engaging comments that can elicit a response from other viewers. This way, not only your video but also the overall engagement around it will increase, positively impacting its promotion.Short comments under videos generally don't contribute to its promotion.
