hey ex barista here of this establishment of five years. I am gonna say my best advice is go up to the walk up window. It is open at the same business hours as the drive-through window reason being is because they don’t really have time on that side to be having a conversation they’re more focused on making drinks, but I will say if you decide to go to the drive-through. it’s only a matter of time we’re managers will take notice and then make your experience more difficult rather than more enjoyable 🤞🏼 hope this helps 😕 sorry IT IS apart of there jobs to talk to people but not everyone wants to & that’s okay 🫶🏼

i always mobile ordered a good bit ahead then drive through or window and it’s ready so minimal talking
