For the hangers look into expandable hangers they not only go to the size of the baby clothes and grow with it overtime, but they also can save space and stack too so that way you can have more clothes in the closet they sell some on Amazon

FYI: All babies born from now on will get the first 400 diapers free when being discharged from the hospital!!!! I’m not completely sure it all hospitals are part of this program but you can always call and ask.
